Love to Dream

I am SUPER passionate about safe sleep and love to educate when I can. Following the ABC's; Alone, on my Back, in my Crib(or bassinet) are the best way to ensure that your little stays safe! Because of this one of my favorite items to gift new mamas or to suggest is the Love to Dream Swaddle up!

This guy is snug so there is no loose fabric they could suffocate on. It has DOUBLE zippers! This makes nighttime diaper changes so easy!! You just zip that bottom zipper up, pj zipper down, and pull their feet out. No need to mess with totally undressing them or those super annoying velcro straps that get caught on everything and make so much noise when you are trying to keep your little sleeping! And the BEST part, they have different suits for different ages!

Your new born suit will fit those who are NOT rolling over yet and weight 7-13 pounds! (Peep River in his love to dream swaddle suit to the right at just 4 days old!! My Heart!! I always call this his starfish suit!)

Once your little reaches that 13 pounds or starts to roll you can get the transition suit! This suit is great because where the arms are there are little zippers where you can unzip and allow their little arms to be free. This allows them to use their hands in case they decide to roll in bed! With the transition suit you can unzip one arm and then slowly work into unzipping the second arm to make transitioning your little easy and seamless! (Not the best photo, but check out river below in his transition suit with both arms still in!This was when he was 14 lbs and about 2 months old) This guy(in a medium) works for those 13-19 pounds.

Once your little reaches 19 pounds you have a few options! you can upgrade your transition suit to a large(19-24 pounds) Or you can get what I like to call the flying squirrel suit! it has arms and legs and is basically a blanket you can wear, walk in safely, and keeps you cozy! We are not in this suit yet, so I don't have a photo, but i'm sure when he gets bigger it will become a staple in our house!
